中文摘要:     基于IEEE 802.15.4协议的ZigBee短距离通信技术,具有通信安全可靠、组网灵活、成本低等特点,在工业控制领域有较好的应用。该文设计一种利用ARM控制器,结合ZigBee无线技术的液氨罐区安全检测系统,实现了工艺参数实时监测、无线传输数据及安全预警。实际运行效果表明,系统运行稳定,软件界面操作流畅,数据传输实时性与同步性满足需求。

Design of Liquid Ammonia Tank Farm’s Security Monitoring System Based on ZigBee

Abstract:ZigBee,a short?鄄range wireless conmmunication technology based on IEEE802.15.4 protocol,has advantage in its conection security,network expandabity,cost and so on. So the technologies have great application in the field of industrial control. In this paper,the system was designed that security of the liquid ammonia tank was monitored by using ARM Microprocessor and ZigBee wireless technologies. These function that real?鄄time monitoring for the process parameters,wireless transmission data and security alert was realized in this system. The practical test verifies that the system has a friendly interface GUI,and runs steadily. The real?鄄time and synchronization of transmission data conformed with the industrial demand.
