Design of Data Transmission System Based on Wireless and Adaptive Filter
HE Yuan,LIU Gang,NING Shang-kun (School of Automation Engineering,Shanghai University of Electrical Power,Shanghai 200090,China) Abstract:Aiming at the requirements of electric power industry for current digital surveillance equipment,the paper combined with AT89S52 microcontroller,MPU6050 acceleration sensor and WIFI232 wireless router and designed a set of device which could monitor the tilt angle of overhead traction plate in high voltage overhead line construction real-time. At the same time,the angle data that the device collects could transmit wirelessly by WIFI232 wireless router. In the data reception,we design data receiving interface based on C#. The receiving interface could show three-dimensional inclination angle of the traction plate runtime. We have designed an adaptive filter. We conduct engineering data experiments. This adaptive filter has ideal performance and the output signal data are consistent with the real angle. Experiment results indicate that the monitoring device can provide three-dimensional inclination angle data after de-noising of high voltage overhead line construction traction plate runtime for workers. All in all,the device can improve the efficiency of construction tremendously,relieve the construction workers’ pressure,and enhance security and stability of engineering.
