Development of Pressure Switch Performance Detection System Based on Fuzzy Control

Abstract：In order to deal with the shortcomings of current performance detection method of pressure switch，such as poor test accuracy and long test time，designed a pressure switch performance detection system based on fuzzy control. The system can achieve automated detection of act pressure though read the on?鄄off signals between contacts，and automated adjust the test pressure of pressure resistant performance by using fuzzy control. The results of experiments indicate that this system is highly precise and in high speed；and values of machine performance index of test indices have all met requirements of this industry. This system has been operated in an enterprise over a year，and its state is stable and reliable.
