Design and Implementation of Wireless Andon Control System Based on ZigBee
MO Tai-ping,ZHANG Yun-qiang,ZHOU Yuan-yuan,ZHAO Pei-si (School of Electronic Engineering and Automation,Guilin University of Electronic and Technology,Guilin 541004,China) Abstract:For real?鄄time monitoring the quality of the products of the production process,the equipment running situation and material requirements,to ensure product quality and timely supply of materials,this paper designed a set of wireless Andon control system based on ZigBee. The communication method in the system based on ZigBee,with PLC as the main control equipment,the hardware circuit with CC2530 and ATmega64 chip as the slave control unit,eventually LED electronic display screen or monitor computer will reflect the produce information in the form of light and voice.The system has features of low cost,high reliability,simple operation,etc. The system has been successfully applied in some manufacturing enterprises,the application results show that the system significantly improves the production efficiency,has high practicability and popularization value.
