中文摘要:    为实时监控生产过程的产品质量、设备运行和物料需求状况,确保产品质量和物料的适时供应,设计出一套基于ZigBee的无线暗灯控制系统。系统以ZigBee为无线传输方式,以PLC为主控设备,以搭载CC2530及ATmega64芯片的硬件电路为从控单元,最终将生产信息以声光等形式表现到指示灯和LED看板或监控电脑。整套系统具有成本低、可靠性高、操作简洁等特点。该系统已成功应用于一些制造企业,应用结果表明,该系统显著地提高了企业的生产效率,具有较高的实用性及推广价值。

Design and Implementation of Wireless Andon Control System Based on ZigBee

Abstract:For real?鄄time monitoring the quality of the products of the production process,the equipment running situation and material requirements,to ensure product quality and timely supply of materials,this paper designed a set of wireless Andon control system based on ZigBee. The communication method in the system based on ZigBee,with PLC as the main control equipment,the hardware circuit with CC2530 and ATmega64 chip as the slave control unit,eventually LED electronic display screen or monitor computer will reflect the produce information in the form of light and voice.The system has features of low cost,high reliability,simple operation,etc. The system has been successfully applied in some manufacturing enterprises,the application results show that the system significantly improves the production efficiency,has high practicability and popularization value.
