Design of Wind Farm Groups Remote Centralized Monitoring System and Intelligent Management
LIANG Tao1,YUAN Zheng-bin1,MEI Chun-xiao2,SUN Guo-feng2 (1.School of Control Science and Engineering,Hebei University of Technology,Tianjin 300130,China;2.Hebei Construction & Investment New Energy Group Co.,Ltd.,Shijiazhuang 050000,China) Abstract:Discussing the solution to realize real-time online monitoring of a plurality of wind farm monitoring,introducing the design of wind farm cluster remote monitoring&control system and the structure and function of intelligent management system. we can acquire the wind machine data within the OPC techonlgy;through power dispatching data network to upload data to a remote centralized monitoring center,the centralize monitoring center according to diapatch orders to realize to unified setting the power setting orders for multiple wind farms,so as to realize the maximum power output;Using the Web server we can realize the monitor screen online publishing in real time,it can be viewed in the group center with the online Web page forms in LAN. The production management system can realize intelligent management of each wind farm daily production.Using a new algorithm to reduce the fault diagnosis samples.This system has been put into operation in a wind farm in northern Hebei province centralized monitoring center,and achieving the remote centralized monitoring and intelligent management,increasing the generating capacity.
