Design of Oilfield Water Injection Station Control System Based on PLC Soft-redundancy

Abstract：Aiming at the process requirements of high stability and reliability in Zhundong oilfield oil-gathering water injection station，the control system used a low-cost，high-performance Siemens S7-300 soft-redundancy PLC control technology to achieve a dual monitor PC，double PLC and dual redundant control communication link. In order to collect field data，the monitoring system of hardware used distributed I/O system of ET200M by Profibus-DP and Ethernet fieldbus links. This paper focused on the operation principle of soft-redundancy and programming. The practical application shows that the system not only adapts to the field environment，guarantees safety and reliability，but also improves the enterprise efficiency.
