中文摘要:     针对新疆准东油田集油注水站高稳定性和高可靠性的工艺要求,采用了低成本、高性能的西门子S7-300 PLC软冗余控制技术,实现了双监控上位机、双PLC和双通讯链路的冗余控制。监控系统硬件采用基于分布式I/O的ET200M系统,通过Profibus-DP和Ethernet现场总线链路,完成现场数据的采集。文中重点介绍了软冗余运行原理和程序设计。实际应用表明,该系统能适应现场环境,运行安全可靠,提高了企业效益。

Design of Oilfield Water Injection Station Control System Based on PLC Soft-redundancy

Abstract:Aiming at the process requirements of high stability and reliability in Zhundong oilfield oil-gathering water injection station,the control system used a low-cost,high-performance Siemens S7-300 soft-redundancy PLC control technology to achieve a dual monitor PC,double PLC and dual redundant control communication link. In order to collect field data,the monitoring system of hardware used distributed I/O system of ET200M by Profibus-DP and Ethernet fieldbus links. This paper focused on the operation principle of soft-redundancy and programming. The practical application shows that the system not only adapts to the field environment,guarantees safety and reliability,but also improves the enterprise efficiency.
