Design of Oilfield Water Injection Station Control System Based on PLC Soft-redundancy
CHENG Rui-zhou,XU Jing-tian,ZHOU Hong-fang,ZHAO Xiao-jiao (School of Electronic Engineering,Xi’an Shiyou University,Xi’an 710065,China) Abstract:Aiming at the process requirements of high stability and reliability in Zhundong oilfield oil-gathering water injection station,the control system used a low-cost,high-performance Siemens S7-300 soft-redundancy PLC control technology to achieve a dual monitor PC,double PLC and dual redundant control communication link. In order to collect field data,the monitoring system of hardware used distributed I/O system of ET200M by Profibus-DP and Ethernet fieldbus links. This paper focused on the operation principle of soft-redundancy and programming. The practical application shows that the system not only adapts to the field environment,guarantees safety and reliability,but also improves the enterprise efficiency.
